Exceptional amenities! The pool was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A calm environment for family time.

Room furnishing left a bit to be desired, with worn-out upholstery noticeably detracting from the overall experience.

We had a fantastic time in the Family Two Bedroom Apartment. it was super clean and comfy, and we loved barbecuing by the pool! Enjoying the outdoor swimming pool and lounging in the garden made our stay feel extra special. The only downside was a bit of noise from upstairs, but it didn’t really bother us that much. 🌞

Family with children will enjoy this place

We loved the spaciousness of our unit. There was enough room for the kids to play around without getting underfoot. The pool area was a hit with the family. We spent hours there and even made use of the BBQ grill for a nice dinner outside.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but given the amenities and service, I’d say it’s worth it.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the amenities were surprisingly good. We really enjoyed the outdoor dining area too. Only thing was the pool was kinda cold. But overall, the staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Palm Pacific Resort & Motel. The well-maintained gardens and inviting pool area made for a relaxing environment, and the convenient access to shops and the beach was perfect for a senior traveler like me.

Staying at Palm Pacific Resort was a delight! The pool area and gardens create a serene atmosphere. Minor noise from upstairs neighbors disrupted my sleep, but the hospitality and cleanliness more than made up for it. A perfect base for exploring Whangamata!

The King Two Bedroom Apartment offers ample space for a couple, featuring modern furnishings that make it feel cozy. The location is stellar, just a short walk to cafes and shops, making it easy to grab a bite or a drink.

Noise from the upstairs unit became a hassle, making it hard to enjoy quiet moments, so I’d recommend aiming for the second floor. Additionally, not having net curtains in the lounge meant onlookers from the tennis court could easily peek in, which isn't ideal for privacy. The dining area set in the small kitchen felt cramped, particularly with the kids around, and the pool could really use heating. it was a pity since the kids would have jumped in otherwise. Lastly, fire alarms from the nearby fire station were startling, which might not bother everyone but was definitely an inconvenience for the little ones.

This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and spa facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find directions during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

we had a fantastic stay at palm pacific resort & motel! the family two bedroom apartment was spacious and immaculate. the facilities were amazing, especially the swimming pool and kids pool. being right next to smokey pallet and a playground made it super convenient for our family. sue and kelvin were exceptional hosts, making our visit even more enjoyable.
